I just dropped off my ballot at the local drop box for the California special election on Prop 50.
Don’t sit this one out. Your YES matters now more than ever. Munger’s 💰 has flooded the airwaves, and the NO voters will be out

@noupside.bsky.social, great article. Thank you. I feel disinformation is a scourge on US discourse, and I am a huge fan of the DSA, particularly fact-checking. Are we doomed to never have it in the USA, as it would be seen as a form of compelled speech, which would violate the First Amendment?

What exactly did Fauci say here that was inaccurate? I watched it twice, and he said nothing misleading or incorrect. Vaccines will make it harder to catch; if you get infected, you are less likely to transmit it and die. Or you can just let your family die of measles and polio. See covid data here:

Oh, it’s not banned, but it can only be used for the Afrikaners of South Africa. Then, you can use disinformation props and get global coverage and a million people amplifying a false narrative.

Ignorance is a disease; education is the cure.

This is from Pope Leo’s first mass. Notice no reference to Afrikaners. These are the people we should be accepting as refugees and do whatever we can to end the violence.

“Since January, the memecoin has generated $320 million in fees for them, according to Chainalysis.” Start tracking the fees Trump is making on his stablecoon $USD1 with $88M changing hands in the last 24 hrs as of now. That's the real grift

Young Kim has been afraid of her constituents and hasn’t held a town hall. While she has been hiding, it looks like she will make a rare appearance in Rancho Santa Margarita this Friday, 5/9. You can pay $60 to hear from her or make your voice heard at the outside protest. www.whereisyoungkim.com

Obviously a baby MS-13 member. Trump will be posting photos of this criminal baby soon.

Again the fairness doctrine was not unconstitutional. I'm through engaging with you as you don't see the need for a remedy to our current situation and have circular arguments.
April 7, 2025 at 2:20 PM
I see why people think you're MAGA, you're not looking for solutions. That's why there should be a new fairness doctrine. Does this really represent free speech, or is the free speech you want only right-wing propaganda? If you don't think this is a problem then you are the problem?

Ooh, I wholeheartedly agree. The system
has been increasingly corrupt since the 70s when wealth inequality has been skewing to the top. No doubt about it. The wealthy control the political system which has done very little to protect people. I would not defend a single person listed here.

Not all wealthy CEOs are evil, but since the 1970s, we've seen increased income distribution to the rich. Driven by government and corporate policies that become mutually beneficial, the wealthy help those stay in power that benefit their selfish/greedy interests.
