Former Christian pondering the different claims about supernatural fauna that fellow humans like to make.

Superlatheist: I believe a real god should be infinitely above what humans can concoct.
In Christian mythology, the first woman was a transsexual clone from a man's side, and the main character was born of a virgin, but allegedly a man.

There is a lot of material to support trans people there, yet bigots gonna bigot!

All the gods that we still have are anchored in space and time, just like every other ancient good imagined by ancient cultures.
What a suspicious anti-miracle that they all share!

Reminder that we have more contemporary evidence for a wrong copper delivery, from 1750 years before Jesus, than for any of the alleged adventures of Jesus.

Two things that I hope we can agree on:
1. There is no God who preaches himself,
2. We know that man-made gods have to be preached by others.

Now, don't tell me that your god also needs to be preached, but he is the only true one of all that lot!

What a common anti-miracle!

Dear Christians:
I cannot, in good conscience, accept the immoral proposition that the blood sacrifice of an INNOCENT is exchangeable for ANYTHING, least for guilty ones, least of all if it is in my selfish benefit.
I will not be an accomplice in that immorality.

Thanks, but no, thanks.

Cristian mythology is weird!
Spoiler alert:
sheep do not find a shepherd, but the other way around.
Thieves do not find policemen, but the other way around.

Now you know.

A perfect universe in EVERY attribute is way more expected under theism than the REAL universe.

What now?

Shared anti-miracles: Divine mimicry.

Pick ANY god still believed.
Most people do not believe in it!
Humans are very good in creating believable gods, and gods are very bad in being infinitely different from the ones we created...

Another shared anti-miracle!

-In Christian mythology, the thieves must find the hidden police, and the sheep must find the hidden shepherd...
-What?? In the real world that would be the definition of negligence!

They need to believe that subversion of expectation, once the expectation is not met.

Your brain on religion!

The best possible evidence for any entity is the entity itself.

Any omnipotent being is capable of presenting it, and if s/he is also willing to be known by everyone, thus is willing to present it.
Eagerly waiting!
Instead, all we have for all the gods, is humans talking or writing about them...

There are two groups of gods:
one group that have
gods with humans doing their speech,
using human social media,
and the empty group.

Gods are like a
knife without handle
and lacking a blade,
missing a spine
and having no edge.

I cannot accept in good conscience that the sacrifice of innocent blood is a payment for anything, least to forgive guilty ones, least of all for saving me.

But, I forgive any god that may have thought it was a good idea, just to show them how one can do it without shedding the blood of innocents.

There are a lot of AI images
portraying Trump as Jesus,
but few portraying Jesus as Trump.
So, here are a few:

Every religious holy-book betrays its own worldly origin.
December 6, 2024 at 2:58 PM
Just imagine how it was when religion dominated your private life, and your master could simply pick a verse from a book to rape you, believing he was doing god's will...
Lame gods we made in our image!
December 6, 2024 at 2:56 PM
Pick any god you like:
At least 2/3 of those still believing in supernatural fauna, do not believe that one is a real God, probably betraying their common origin...

Every god shares that anti-miracle, what are the odds of that!?

If any faith could move mountains...
then it would be able to actually move actual mountains!

Shared anti-miracle #6:

Mighty gods can only tell their wishes and decrees only to the selected group that writes about them, and not to others.

Every god in the faith market is like that, somehow...

The Christian idea of a god forgiving guilty ones, not because they deserve it, by a blood sacrifice of an innocent of all things, to be sharing a celestial real-estate they did not buy and cannot ever leave, seems like Stalinist communism to me.

Stalinism, with the purges included...

Every God that exists is the NECESSARY ACCOMPLICE and ENABLER in every crime ever committed.

There cannot exist good ones.

The Egyptians took every other organ away, but left the heart inside the mummy, to be weighted in the afterlife.
They believed that the heart was the organ for thought and emotions.

The Egyptians were not alone in believing that:
Jesus believed it, too.
What an anti-miracle!
