Without going all Martin Niemöller here, I do think that it's bad not to speak up for immigrants, transgender Americans, civil servants, women, Ukraine, and everyone else the MAGA bullies are going after. We're beyond picking and choosing whom to defend. It's time to stand up and speak out.

The key takeaway is that the world’s richest man got what he wanted; stripped our cancer funding for kids, killed reforms to bring down drugs prices and caps on investment in China. Trump on the other hand demanded a debt ceiling raise and got nothing.

It may not be irrelevant that Bessent is not only pro-crypto, as it appears that the whole team around PMT (Pvtin, Mvsk, Trump) is, but he is reported to have been on the Sor os team in 1992That broke the British pound.
I regret to think the world has changed. I think Pvtin, Musk, Trump et al are gunning to take down the dollar, which is why crypto is going thru the roof. The dollar itself is in danger. That changes calculations. But Crypto pricing is still speculative and untethered.

I have tended to watch Morning Joe, although it has long since stopped bringing it policy makers on, and become the same group of talking heads morning after morning. But at least I felt there was some integrity. It appears to me They’re bending the knee now. A sign of personal or business fear.
He repeatedly accused Joe of committing a murder and repeatedly trashed Mika about her intellect and plastic surgery. I’m so glad I have nothing to do with this world. Turn your TV off.
