Ultimately the leaders of the GOP and the leaders of the Democratic party have the same fatal flaw. They can't see outside their own heads. The GOP projects that everyone is a scoundrel - because that's who they are. The Democrats are projecting that the Felon and his flunkies will follow the rules.

So Democratic leadership appears to be in the 'lets wait two years and turn things around in the midterms' mode. The Felon is doing everything in his power to invalidate that option. At the current pace, we won't have a country in two years.
