Beautiful woodlands like this are not common in the U.K. & in fact they are considered highly threatened, and only small patches remain. Most woodlands would be like what you described here! Just… I guess… normal scrappy woods!

It just feels quiet. It used to feel busy and super engaging. I used to have over a thousand likes per post, as did many many others. Now it seems rare to get more than 50 or 100 likes. It just feels like it’s quietened down. I’m happy to continue posting though and support this platform.
