Makers of modern wood burning stoves. Pioneering the latest clean-burn tech for sustainable & efficient home heating. Designed & made on the Isle of Wight since 1972. King's Award for Enterprise 2024.
This was mainly to dispel the untruths around indoor air pollution and stoves but since you ask this example shows the PM2.5s around the chimney outside. Very little difference. As for the other pollutants you mention - come and see us and we can talk them through www.instagram.com/p/CosbjgktUZ...

But we ARE offering to engage with you and have never threatened you. We are confident of the facts and that is why we are happy to talk while respecting your position. It is up to you but the offer remains.

Honestly?! We are trying to engage so we can see progress and understand better. If you don't want to that is fine - but in the real world progress is always made by meeting. If you assume our motives are malign then there is little point discussing further, but that would be a pity.

Sorry that invitation was for Neighbours - but you would be welcome too at another time (unless you are the same person??)

Really happy to arrange a teams meeting to discuss all this. Honestly can't really understand why you are so resistant as you have so much to say on here and as you acknowledge it isn't so easy on SM. That is why most don't engage with you - we do try - but it never seems as you want progress...

Great - we are engineers too! Why don't we just talk and see if we can make progress!
August 21, 2025 at 2:13 PM
And therein lie the the difference between us! We are innovating to solve issues because we want to see improvement.
August 21, 2025 at 2:12 PM
Happy to discuss any of this - will be much more productive than just criticising each other...

In fairness we are saying that better regulation and innovation are the answer. We don't like pollution either! Disagree about needing a ban, but always happy to discuss with you when you want to engage.

OK! The point of the article is only to suggest the best way forward is by innovating instead of banning. Quite happy to discuss it further. We drive cars, use solar, wind, heat pumps, batteries and stoves so we are not criticising you in any way. Why don't we arrange to talk?

We even like Moral Guardians 😜 - and you would be very welcome - hopefully no-one has got any heating on today where you live!
August 21, 2025 at 12:34 PM
Ahh - good point on fewer not less. We agree on that!
Honestly no anger here - we are 'happy and sunny' from the Isle of Wight - come and visit us!

It is not meant be to be angry😀We do need to keep warm and good wood heating has many advantages compared with other 'green' forms of heating and certainly less disadvantages than most. But come and see for yourself - you know you are always very welcome.
