They could have granted cert, and they didn't. They needed only four justices, which means three conservative justices voted against hearing the case. They had clear incentive to do so. Trust me when I say this is a resounding win. Stop bedwetting.

There's no standing, in theory, to challenge marriage equality. Kim Davis technically could claim standing because of her incompetence. With abortion, there's a wide range of standing.
