Worth noting that 5 years ago that 40% was probably 90% of our employees.

To be clear, my party is still generally optimized for JP acquisition and working my way through job trees. If I respecced my party to lean into their strengths it would probably have been much easier.

Still, the fact that I've considered dropping the training weights at all is notable.

To me, it signals that someone is preparing not just to be honest, but vulnerable.

Also it's the only holiday where I get to go outside dressed as an ATM shouting "hey it's me the Automatic Treat Machine!" and parents will actually let their kids take the candy I'm offering.
