hire them. It's REALLY hard already for visibly trans people to get jobs, even before this shit.

Support places that have trans people working front of house, and make sure owners know that's part of why you're there.

To cis people who want to take action: chaos and confusion are often simple and nonviolent acts of protest that everyone has access to. They want to distract you with a trans panic. Protect us. Distract them by cross dressing. I can’t speak for them, but I bet the drag community will teach you how.

It feels like I watched someone stick their hands in my soup, and now I’m being expected to just eat the soup, no questions asked.

Excuse the pun, but I fear this is no longer good soup.

I don’t really know how this works, and similar to the first video I ever posted, I feel like I’m shouting into the ether. But remember that surface level advocacy is a killer. It’s easy to “raise awareness” nowadays. Just like, share, and subscribe. Use this as your sign. Take your actions offline.
