ISC census shows a drop of 2.4% in pupil numbers. The Times tries to hype this up but the ISC previous claimed numbers would drop by 25%.

Increasingly the only Q is how bad do things need to get before some GOP reps/senators crack. The answer might be never, and it's certainly a lot worse than now, but usually even the most supine, pathetic, people have a breaking point.
