Think it through.

There is a quick public backing of a police officer dying in the line of duty, in performance of duties.

There will be a slower and more careful examination and policy changes quietly executed.

Confused.

TL;DR: Washington Post publishes one paragraph saying new Coast Guard policy coming. Coast Guard replies: "Da Fuq?"

What happened to Forbes? How did they stray so far from pushing the American Capitalist dream?

So the new awards have red stars on them for 'reasons'?

Good to know that Malcolm Forbes' magazine showcasing rising business owners has moved on from doing bios of old executives and is now tackling important business information.

Sorry, bear of little brain not understand.

Troops wait for real orders for ceasefire. Order comes from government. Issue is that troops not watching news for orders?

Military takes orders from government is kind of the definition of rule of law.

Unfortunately, the TL;DR: Burbank transfers its air control radio to the main trunk, which they usually only do a bit later in the day.

TL;DR: "We report, you decide."

"Single Payer System" is a guaranteed loser: its too big, upsets too many rice bowls at once, and opens too many questions about our priorities..

"Government provided pre-natal, bith, and first year pediatrics care" is a likely win.

I remember ancient Hercules graphics cards and some deep manipulation software letting one play with scanning voltages and timing. No spark advance on a modern car either.

Have people started naming and shaming those that frequent his golf course?

Actually, messages being encrypted provide help only to after-the-fact investigators. Those trying to control demographics, find cohesive groups of people, sell goods, and other tasks are only interested the who and when of a conversation.

I want many encrypted chats, for me or not.

Happened to talk to PUC folk; there is a strange united front of 'wind rights' investors and first world tribes. Last seen, only other off shore wind is a country using it to power nearby oil rigs. Transmission line costs are the issue.
July 22, 2025 at 4:53 AM
Sorry, perhaps I was unclear. Windfarms on land and near shore windfarms both has great returns on investment and follow good technological curves until the number of good sites is the limiting factor. Off shore windfarms are kilometers out to sea.

Perhaps its time to rethink having one large grid. The unfortunate truth is that most of California balks at paying the high costs for the far northeastern mountains or for politically expedient off-short wind farms. These two double the cost of electricity in California.

Fun facts! Windmills used to kill a lot of raptors. Mostly they would dive through the windmills towards the fieldmouse they could see on the mowed grass under the windmill. Took about a decade to stop mowing. Took another decade to paint one blade black so a fast windmill becomes a gray disk.
