A Gameboy style drawing from when I was starting to learn pixel art.

The trick is that attacks can have recipes that link into each other, or a small attack can have the same gems as a larger attack. In this example, building Cerberus means I'm also making every other attack, all of which trigger multiple times per use.

So you end up with stuff like this.

Been playing Anthem#9 in the Next Fest, and the way I've been describing it to people is "someone took Persona 5's UI and made a puzzle game out of it."

The gimmick is you have a deck of attacks, and each one has a "recipe" of gems. You select your gems in order and play out every attack you built.
