i have always felt it's kind of poor taste to want a web framework to do client <-> server communication that you don't even really know is happening. not just the security incident here but also just like LiveView-ey things because like why would you want opening an accordion to need a roundtrip

i didn't like bun on the grounds that their whole shit was "even if you have one billion code smells our runtime will do its best to figure out what you mean" (e.g: simultaneous esm imports and cjs imports) so it makes a lot of sense that they're synergizing with the stochastic codegen industry
anthropic aquiring bun has me vindicated because i already didn't like bun one bit but now i can justify that
