I've intermittently thought about the need for a code of ethics in product management given the professions position in the development process. May is spot on. There are more reasons today to consider it seriously...
I wonder if ethics is going to be a hot topic this year when it comes to product management. Many product managers will be asked to build tools that may intentionally exclude or harm people in our communities and society.
It's an ongoing issue in many industries, but I fear it's about to get worse.
