I just recently turned 40 and I can tell you that we already lost the civics classes by the time I was in elementary school. That might be the single most out of touch comment someone has ever said to me online.

How old are you that you still think 5th grade ethics is a thing? He could have packed the courts. He could open treason investigations when they do blatantly unconstitutional things. He could have used the bully pulpit. All better than what he did, which was just allow to do whatever they wanted.

People are tired of always supporting this party that always continues to make the new status quo off of the rightward shift of Republicans. I've read enough WW2 history to know what liberal appeasement looks like. And we're seeing a whole lot of that coming from the defenders of the status quo.

Are they allies? They don't seem to be fighting very hard. Voting for Trump's clown show confirmations. Putting out lukewarm press events and statements that don't meet the moment. How about not doing anything about the Supreme Court becoming a billionaire play house for Biden's entire presidency?

I don't know why anyone would ever have faith in this Democratic Party. It is time to admit that they are controlled opposition who agree with the things most Republicans want, regardless of the amount of harm it causes. They can't even put up pretend fights anymore.

Why would a novel having an unreliable narrator be a "waste of money?" I don't get this? Does every story have to follow a similar structure for you to find enjoyment in it?

Biden was hidden in 2020. That is not it. Its the corruption. Even though many can't remember Biden's time in the Senate. People do remember the Dems all coalescing behind someone who was no ones choice. This didn't happen in a vacuum. Biden shouldn't have the nominee in 2020. It all starts there.

This is not just a problem of who is in office now. The issue is the people who are financially able to run for office in the first place and how often they are some of the worst capitalists in the country. Most of the people in Congress are weird, and Party does not dictate this.

They actually aren't a big deal, to most of the species on this planet. We are only one of them. Why does our understanding of gravity and how much it hurts to fall supersede the rest of nature when many animals have a much different relationship with gravity than we do?

Those are not the same things at all, and really shame on you for trying to make the comparison. Listening to an audio book also does not promote literacy. We literally have entire years of children graduating that can't read to their grade level and your solution is to increase that. SMH

The cops have literally been openly murdering people for decades. Our military seems to do its bloodiest work when we get involved in other countries Civil Wars, something we can't seem to stop doing. The real question is why is your outrage so selective? Corporations kill us and its crickets.

The voters NEVER choose who they vote for. The rich choose who runs. You cannot run without billions of dollars. How do you think those candidates that we vote for in the primaries get that money? Why do they always have the money before the primaries? You starting to get how this works yet?

That would happen in a country where the cops knew the laws and upheld them. They don't do that in ours. In fact, it is easier to wield them in a manner similar to Nancy Mace than it is for them to respect the constitution. Just the fact that swatting is still a thing should tell you everything.

Our politicians have always been very cheap. The elite only pay about $10,000 a head during election time and then they get billions in revenue and investment thrown at them. We do the same with our elected judges and prosecutor. Also sherrifs. It is almost like corruption is the point.

People need to understand that her job is to grift money out of you every 4 years. She is not for making things better. She isn't even for the Green Party controlling more seats. She just looks for a way to squirrel away funds that will never be seen again

Pardon power is enshrined in the constitution. So is slavery, still. It has never been true that no one is above the law. Just the kind of propaganda a country founded by lawyers would spread.

Did we ever have humanity? Every crisis since this country's founding has been looked at as a way for rich people to make numbers go up. We had one period in our history where we stopped doing that, but then people who look like me were excluded.

Mandates are not real. It doesn't matter how much the person elected wins by they will ALWAYS say they have a mandate. George W. Bush who had the Supreme Court steal a election for him wielded broader power than any President has since. This is an old issue conservatives do not learn or adapt.

In what world was Biden ever the person that would do that? He wrote the 94 crime bill. Stop trying to rehabilitate Biden. He is not a good President and he left MANY things on the table. He does not do good things for the right reasons, so stop trying to imply that he does.
