I just finished The Fifth Season and holy shit, now I understand why people are raving about it. Not only is the world building 10/10, as a writer myself I can only gasp at the structure, POV and voice of this book. I’m glad I don’t have to wait for book 2! 💙📚

Somehow, in the space of a week, I went from total Weltschmerz to swapping my Kindle for a different reader and abandoning Insta.
