forums. So, essentially, EA does not have any tech support at all. They have the most common issues listed on their "help" section of their site, & otherwise, customers are forced to figure it out for ourselves in the forums. The fixes I found on reddit & YouTube didn't help, either. I'm so mad.

When I tried to submit an error report, I got an error. When I tried to use EA help, there is no way to contact support, & I couldn't find my specific issue in the list of issues with fixes posted. The AI chatbot literally only tells you to find your issue in the EA help list of issues or try the

I was mostly staying for the astrology & tarot content & because it was my fastest method of finding out about news. Now that it's being completely taken over by casual cp & loli, I just can't anymore. Keeping tabs on shit isn't worth that.
