So-called Political Scientist: American political economic development and law. Disciple of Cage and Cunningham, Rauschenberg et al. Hence these images.

The 5-panel image above, "Race," is held by the Buffalo AKG. One of Rauschenberg's finest.
A basic survey research challenge is the accuracy of self reporting.

Q: if 8% claim they attended a No Kings rally, does it count as exceeding the 3.5% "rule"?

(My take: obviously not, but it might be a leading indicator of support growth).

So they didn’t like the ad. Let’s just post Reagan’s 5 min speech against tariffs as it appears on YouTube.

Over and over. On all platforms (some of y’all are still on X).

The key point is at the end of the article: that this bogey man is an indication other fear mongering tactics are not working. Doesn't mean it may not lead to more harm.

The sudden Republican fixation on ‘Sharia law’ is getting increasingly weird
Remember 11 years ago, when the right pushed a paranoid threat about the imposition of Islamic law on Americans? Evidently, the absurd fear is back.

Earlier Trump claimed he ended a war between Albania and Azerbaijan. It was a war between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Trump abused his routine powers & got blocked 200+ times by the courts

So in desperation he's pivoting to his extraordinary powers: criminal investigations & military deployment

It’s a dangerous pivot—but we & the coalition are fighting back in court

I know these “interviews” with Justice Barrett are carefully scripted. But if she’s going to keeping urging Americans to “read the opinions,” and not just commentary, it sure would be nice if someone would ask her what we should do when—as is so often the case these days—there’s no opinion to read…

Because of the bufoonery of white supremacist ICE, South Korea is halting 22 investment projects in the U.S.

In Coastal Georgia, this project was a $4.3 billion dollar investment from Korean conglomerates set to create 8,500 jobs.

DC lobbied them for this!

Step 1: extortion demand for foreign direct investment.
Step 2: arrest workers from that country.

In what world can this possibly make sense?

Step that follows: infuriate and alienate your ally.
