And as the smoke ring hurled higher and higher
The troops flying loops around the telephone wires
They said, "Our beloved's not dead, but his highness instead
Has been utterly changed into fire"

Why not be utterly changed into fire?

one of the things i truly believe is that a significant portion of this country is in the grip of a death cult
"The vaccination has stuff we don't trust," said the father of the 6-year-old girl who died from measles at the end of last month. Tom Bartlett visited with a family confronting an unthinkable tragedy:

AOC: It's really because Republicans— they’re very thin skinned and they're very sensitive, and their feelings are very easily hurt. And so they have to vote on censure resolutions.

well, *something* was not quite utterly changed into fire
Debris from this rocket fell for quite some time. It started appear on radar around 6:40 pm eastern, and 20 minutes later there were still chunks falling. I'm too lazy right now to setup my Windows PC with better software to check beam elevation, but imagine that's what this is. It's not birds.

American officials, including in the C.I.A., are concerned about mass closures hampering national security work. And China has overtaken the United States in global diplomatic footprint.

This is a moment for Democrats to stand for the dignity of the trans community, the immigrant community, & the most vulnerable. I have always admired my assemblyman Rep Alex Lee & Charlotte Clymer doing that. www.advocate.com/politics/ro-...
