It’s important to point out that Oklahoma test scores are incredibly poor, but that is NOT the kids’ fault. So many kids deal with poverty, drug abuse, etc. Add in difficulty to attract/keep good teachers with the poor pay and awful administration. They’ve been failed by those in charge not caring.
