Namely bc the yeast allergy, my dr did recommend that I try a thing: Get a shot every week for 3 - 5 years to build resistance to it; but that is an expensive commitment.
It's fun recognizing all these little things I've been compensating/downplaying and now realizing "That's an allergy reaction!"
