"Psychological Horror Love Story with heavy philosophy about who is a monster, life, death, love, and more" was not on my bingo card of stuff I would play, let alone a game that contains PTSD triggers for me, but despite all the violence, there is so much healing that can be found as well. I love it

Currently "20 or more hrs"
Not joking when I say this game is currently a fixation & might be in my top favs of all time. It's SO good. I normally avoid horror genres even though I enjoy the themes usually presented bc it can sometimes be bad for my OCD and PTSD.

Second stream game. I love the Gunvolt series, but I'm not sure how to feel about this game. Fun to play, but a lot of odd. I liked the villains more than the main cast.

About 10 hrs.
This was my return to streaming game this year. I started it on my friend's bday in memory of them. When we first met, they got me into Sonic games via this and SA2B on GCN. Getting to talk about them really helped me; though I still miss them dearly.

160+ hrs, finished all but 12 quests
A friend gifted this to help while I rested from my gallbladder surgery. I ended up starting it 3 days after surgery, right before I found out about a close friend's death. This game really helped comfort me while dealing with both things.

I went to a vintage bookstore today, and saw this on a shelf. I'll admit, it caught my attention because "A Place in the Sun" is one of the final battle themes in Tales of the Abyss, and I've never heard that phrase outside that.

I was also going to make a joke with the "Sorey/Carol and their water friend"... but the best image I liked is the 2nd image here, but that's not Carol in that image (Elfnein, my daughter 😭), and the 3rd image doesn't convey the same energy, but I was struggling finding screenshots w/o rewatching it

This is from page 43, but I did wonder how plants got their astrological associations. I know a lot of plant associations in Witchcraft stem from their uses in medicine and cooking. I didn't think about the other factors.
