Taroman Episode 4 episode-title: Both the sign and Narrator line are the same, saying "If you're going to do the same thing over and over again, just die" In the context of the not-tweet it's attached to, it's a jab from the poster that they are really sick of the exact same joke playing out over and over, that the punchline 99.9% of the time is just "Lol, visual novels/dating sims amirite?"

Your mileage may vary on whether or not either are equally as much of a trash fire as the situation referenced by the subtitle in-show: The second version of a self-destructing grenade-monster who can regenerate being possessed by haunted hair-clippers, and forgetting his mission to instead giving anybody with hair incredibly bad haircuts. This is genuinely and no-joke the plot of the episode.
