And that's a fourth screenplay redrafted and brought up to code. I'm really happy with how this one turned out, it's been a challenge. Now, onward! #writing

Hi, Bluesky. Been a while. Normally you're a triggering collection of news articles of our hellish dystopian socio-political climate that sends me spiraling into a depression, but I'm just checking in to say how happy I am that I've now updated 3 of my screenplays to the latest polish. Pretty cool.

Hi, Bluesky. Been a while. Normally you're a triggering collection of news articles of our hellish dystopian socio-political climate that sends me spiraling into a depression, but I'm just checking in to say how happy I am that I've now updated 3 of my screenplays to the latest polish. Pretty cool.
So just earlier this month, my screenplay got a bit more notice on Coverfly and increased in rank on their overall projects. Yesterday it got even higher, now breaking into the Top 10% of all projects. Now if only anyone would be interested in producing it.... 😁

Well, I'm not going to Cannes. I didn't win. I finished solidly as a Semi-Finalist with my screenplay, and I'm very happy that they liked it that much. I'll keep working and pushing to see my goals realized, and my dreams come true.

69/250 1997's "L.A. Confidential" Directed by Curtis Hanson, Written by Hanson & Brian Helgeland. A proper period crime thriller. Well-written, compelling characters & a very interesting plot. Extremely well-acted - the kind of film that actors dream of being in, the kinds of roles you wait for.

64/250 1959's "The 400 Blows" Directed by François Truffaut, Written by Truffaut & Marcel Moussy. Unflinching in its French New Wave themes & tone, excellently shot & performed. Léaud is incredible. For a feature debut for both Truffaut and Léaud, this is unbelievable. Definitely one of the greats.

More on Reefer Madness. I love this show. I had the immense pleasure of playing Ralph in a local production and I had a blast. My cast even got to meet Dan and John Kassir before we opened, it was awesome. Fast forward to just last year, and Reefer Madness reopened in LA, and our cast went together.

A pretty cool update today. My period crime/drama, "The Benedict Boys," is a Quarterfinalist, and one step closer to making it to Cannes! I'm so excited, je suis prêt! 🇨🇵 Hopefully I can make it further in the contest!!

Did a full pull for the upcoming year and recorded it with my Writual Planner tarot journal. Going to be a wild ride. And The Star reversed as the "energy of the year" is a bit ominous, but expected thanks to the current political climate. #tarot

Oh my god. My first pull is SO significant for me. Did PPF, and got all upright, 2 Major, and a court. The message here to me solidifies decisions I just made about my life's direction and it reinforces why I made those decisions. I'm over the moon (which is in ♏ tonight 😉) and just shook by this.
