I believe it still is. There were multiple reasons, transgressions, and an XF Dir punch (after berating opposition kids on the field) that resulted in the other 4 teams to boycott, now on 2 years.

IIRC, SU, PacNW, WPFC, and EFC still won't play premier teams in XF summer tournaments anymore.

Could it be that more photos and video are emerging each day or hour, like JaneG's photo of Biscuits squeezing Cody's face, that show more egregious crap happened than was first thought? Thus, the delay?
