Exactly. My wife took a 6 month job in Copenhagen and we instantly fell in love. When we came home to Seattle (which is amazing btw) we still thought ‘why can’t we have nice things’. It further energized us to fight for the future we want for our home city. Welcome @wilsonforseattle.bsky.social !

We’ve recently learned a fascinating fact: conventional home loans are available for properties 4 units and less. Once you hit 5 units the lending process changes significantly. Point being go for 4 if you want to be an owner operator, unless you’ve got accesses to non-conventional funding.
