When I was 11 I jumped off the back of the couch to go watch my favorite TV show. My sister had been doing a school project in the floor where she had to build a “log” cabin out of toothpicks. I stepped on one that was lodged in the carpet and had to go to the ER it was so deep into my foot.

I had a secret clearance while working directly under Brigade Command at JBLM, then I worked for Base Command at BAMC in San Antonio after being wounded…I’d just like to say that Pete Hegseth is a fucking joke. If I had done the things he has, I’d be in prison to this day. Fuck that guy.

The craziest thing about all of this to me is that even though Republicans control everything right now and nothing would probably happen, no one can take accountability. Like, even though there would most likely be no real repercussions, NO ONE who fucked up can come out and say “we fucked up”.
