When one of my projects inevitably leads me to some old forum post, I always end up thinking that the old internet had so much class. What happened?

How on earth do non-programmers do version control in big projects where you can't use git?

This is awful, endless backups of "Project - this one works" and "Project - this one really works".

The concept of dependency injection was definitely made up by a programmer trying to make something seem complicated to a project manager.

I'm at that stage of programming where I can fix other people's problems as well, and the dopamine rush hits so hard.

Are all climbing gyms involved in some sort of agreement where they can only play good music?

Are people in education trained to leave the mouse cursor over the pause button of a YouTube video so the UI gets in the way?

After two years of working towards a software engineering degree, I just watched someone in front of me Google "What is an SDK?"...
