Pheeew just thinking about the fact that if I hadn’t changed jobs I would still be experiencing high levels of stress and daily microagrrssions. Now I basically work at my own pace and no supervision. My salary has risen, 40 days off a year, WFH and I have a company car at the same time.

I get why Americans say people stink over here because I’m sick and tired of covering my nose every time I take the Brussels’ subway or the bus! But it’s either this or 1h30 in traffic😩 I hate it here.
