This Supreme Court exists because voting matters…every damn election. Then I see people saying, “I have to do it again? I did it once in 2020 and not everything was fixed and will stay that way”. Instead, a bunch of people don’t vote because the candidate does pass their damn purity test.

I don’t know how many times it has to be said. Codifying Roe into law would have been completely worthless against this Supreme Court. You do understand the job of the SC is to interpret laws, don’t you? The only way to truly make it safe is adding an amendment to the constitution.

You do understand the purpose of the Supreme Court is to interpret law, don’t you. Codifying Row vs Wade into law would have done zilch to protect it from this Supreme Court. Nothing short of a Constitutional Amendment would truly protect a woman’s right to choose.
