So, they took a whole group of ten-year-old kids to watch a two hour movie about a man driving a tractor across Iowa. You can imagine how that went.

Not wanting to leave this preteen party crasher all alone, they looked to see what movies were playing at the theater that were rated G. Straight Story was the only one.

One of his classmates (who was not invited to the party) showed up anyway and proceeded to inform my parents that she wasn’t allowed to see any movies that weren’t rated G.
