cFIREsim's successor (WIP, not released in any way), a financial/retirement planner that simulates outcomes.

I have it handling account types, taxes, the concept of people attached to those things, etc.

UI is tough for me, and I'm consolidating outputs, but it's coming along.

I'm trying really hard to balance my doomscrolling with introspection, historical review, and optimism.

I'm too young (ha) to remember the impacts, but does all of this *waves hands wildly* feel objectively worse than anti-gay things in the 80s/90s?

This feels like an eminently useful, thorough and objective summary of the research. It’s so important to understand how marginalised people are excluded- so we don’t fall into that same trap.

I really hate Python requirements whack-a-mole.

I told my therapist that one of my near/medium-term goals is to make more queer friends. After which I realized how hard it is, as an adult, to just... go out and make friends, let alone a specific type of friend.
