Every once in a while I play a game that makes me think "damn, why aren't all games trying cool shit like this?" 2025 had more games in that category than I ever expected (E33, KCD2, Blue Prince, Hades 2, etc).

As much as I love Clair Obsur, Expedition 33, I think that holding Sandall accountable for using AI assets is good, actually.

The amount of amazing games that have released this year has been staggering, but I still think Expedition 33 stands heads and shoulders above the competition.

Some of the best multiplayer experiences I've had in the past 5 years have been while playing extraction shooters. Please don't dismiss them as the next big gaming fad, they rule.

The Battlefield 6 beta is the most fun I've had with the series in a long time. That said, I've encountered enough bugs in my short time with the game to be concerned about the full release.
