Forgiveness is NOT reconciliation. What??? Forgiveness is about peace within yourself and is an internal experience that has nothing to do with anyone else. Reconciliation is about healing the relationship. Forgiveness alone can't save a relationship. When we've been hurt in large or small ways over time, forgiveness is a choice to cancel the debt that that someone owes you. You keep your power by no longer needing or wanting an apology or for someone to fix it in order to be at peace, because they may never get it. By waiting on this, you are giving away your power.

I have filled my Bimini Wild Dolphin Wellness and Healing Retreat for June 27-July 3, 2026 in record time and I’m sure it’s been helped along through my participation in the Power of 8 Intention groups.  On my retreats this year, I taught the science behind group intention work and how to use it, and have been in 3 different groups helping others and myself.  It’s truly magical and of course, asking the dolphins to sing in the right people was also a big help I’m sure! Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is both a super power and an Achille’s heel and last year, that heel was kicking me in the back side all the time and it hasn’t seemed to let up this year. I really will be writing about what an HSP is very soon, but first I wanted to share what helped me with yes, first world problems, but those that still caused a serious decline in my health.
