My dtr is in kindergarten in a conservative state. The fact that I've been called 3 times for her "acting inappropriately" (i.e., her dancing while swaying her hips) is mind boggling. Stop sexualizing my 6 year old child. Are boys' moms called with the same complaints? #biblebelt #publiceducation

I love this sentiment. It does feel overwhelming, but if we each stick to what we know and use our skill sets, we can all come together. 🫶
Pick your focus and stick with it. We cannot fight in all fronts or we will become overwhelmed. But we can all peel off a corner in our area of expertise and begin to reveal effective strategies for resisting the chaos. Every single one of us has something to offer.
