I've got to be honest, my breathing isn't the best anyway. I've always got a blocked nose and sometimes a consistent low grade asthma attack, so meditation is difficult for me. 😀

I'm ever the optimist. I signed the reverse Brexit petition AND this one. It's just a protest where you can't (hopefully) get arrested.
