Good afternoon peeps. Anyone got a foolproof way of making hot chocolate from powder that's easy? I spend about 10 minutes at the hob, whisking like it's going out of fashion or it clumps. There has to be a better/easier way?

My house is so cold, I decided to jog the entire length 10 times to warm up. Checked my fitness app and it said 40 steps. Warm but deflated.

Started doing meditation to reduce stress but now I stress about whether I'm breathing correctly during meditation. "Breathe naturally" they say. Thanks, now I've forgotten how to breathe naturally. Is this how I normally breathe? Has my breathing always been this loud?
