Taking a break from Abomination Vaults. One of my players wanted to give GMing a go, so every other month I get to give Age of Ages another try. Made it only a little ways into Book 6 before, excited to see how far we get with this party. =)

Book 2 of Abomination Vaults wraps up today. Finishing the fight, then I have something special in store for our barbarian. =)

Okay, TONIGHT should be Urevian time. For reals, surely! ... And man I hope it isn't anticlimactic. This party has a lot of power to bulldoze encounters ahahah.

It might be Urevian time! Man I wish work wasn't so stressful today, but this will still be a lot of fun. =)

In all fairness he WAS deceived and is now guarding the door to the boss, but c'mon. If they can get him out of his contact there's more in it for them that way.

It's cute that my players would like to go straight to Urevian, the final boss of the level, because they feel like he would be easier to deal with than some other things they've found. What's not cute is that they're considering murder hoboing the NPC they befriended to get enough exp to level up.

Not sure what I'll use this for yet. Maybe Pathfinder 2e thoughts? Like that I'm going to miss playing Urevian when my players kill him. Evil bureaucrats are my favorite enemies to roleplay, somehow. Belcorra is fine and all, but she doesn't have that devilish charm - she's just pure spite incarnate
