This is a completely unrelenting fever dream. I felt my lips drying up and cracking as I watched Nic Cages' face being seared in the suns rays. A little bit herzog and lynch at times, happy to see Cage doing more weird shit.

Underwhelming execution overall but still worth a watch, plenty of twists and turns, acting was better than expected for the most part.

Really love the #Invincible show but there's a few pieces of dialogue they removed/re-phrased which I think changes the way people will view characters.
Particularly taking out Cecil threatening to kill Mark, and the reveal that Cecil/GDA covered up Darkwings crimes...

Just watched this, had very low expectations due to the reviews on aggregate sites. But I was pleasantly surprised.
Acting is kinda ropey at parts but thats to be expected from lower budget movies. The story had some holes too but the concept was really fun and the pacing was superb.

Tried watching this but its really bad. The story is fine but the lighting and audio mixing is some of the worst I've ever come across. The murdering couple were pretty good actors but everyone else were varying degrees of mediocre.
Do not recommend.

It's more of a drama with horror elements but it still fits imo as it mostly serves as a love letter to the genre and everyone who was obsessed with horror movies as a kid.
