Our 1st Summer SLP #BrainHealth Program is a wrap! Group participants, students, and interpreters shared memories in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, sang together, and laughed. Can't wait to teach this course and run its community program again next summer! #cognition #communityengagement

Developing this tight 6-week summer course, involving lectures and a community program, took a lot of reading and planning. The results are very encouraging. It's nice to see group participants and students enjoy the sessions. Feedback has been great to move the course to its next stages🙏🤓🎉🎉🎉

Enjoying this 👇 Christmas present a lot. This book gives an excellent narrative about the intersectionality of language, ethnicity, personal identity, and social justice in very diverse cities like NYC.
