I recently used www.archmap.bio#/ for cell label transfer of my dataset and most atlas except the endoderm organoids one worked seamlessly @fabiantheis.bsky.social I enjoy when new tools become accessible but still maintain strong scientific background 🖥️🧬 anyone had success with the heoca atlas?
