you know what’s insane the whole ideal weight/body shape thing is that literally what it is is “the way your bones shaped & surrounded by meat is pleasing to the eye.” And obvs “the way YOUR bones are shaped & encased in meat is BAD and you should FEEL BAD” bc obviously that’s a thing we can control
