It baffles me when companies don't put a salary range on listings. I guess it's their way of getting people to apply even if it's low but it just seems like such a huge waste of time on both sides! Why go through three rounds of interviews with someone only to find out you can't afford to pay them!

I'm a mixed race latino born in the US and people like me are harassed and even arrested for no fucking reason.
They do worse to people who weren't born here.
