Quite! They're thinking too seriously about it 😂
I think their best option now is to jump straight into a run of more stylised ones as a contrast to the grittier atmosphere. Camp Bond for a bit.

But it totally fits Mu$ k, because he has no interest in the bits of society that would use cheaper transport, including small cars, let alone trains and buses

Yep, I had it easy by our standards (cis het appearing, white middle class in mostly secular northern England) but I most definitely didn't fit in with the lads. Quite how much I didn't fit has become even more obvious with hindsight.

No one had managed to make a new mass market car manufacturer in the US in a century. It's wild how their own ceo then fucked it up for them in at least two ways at once (not even counting the vanity projects)

I was just hearing how the infamous "bystander case" wasn't what happened either. I've not the spoons to listen to the full podcast on it, but I gather it was a mix of queer helpers not being acknowledged and queer fear of the police. So good to see research that demonstrates community is there.

stopping Rfm. Of course everything is caveated that the GE is a long way off. But if Rfm can be considered a potential gov with their record, then Grn is actually much more experienced than Rfm

Given the Lab is broken we need something to rival Rfm, & up until recently Lib minority with SNP support would've been the only other prospect, but the Grn surge offers an alternative, and SG have the advantage that they count together with GPEW. So at present they look like the best chance of

I was thinking in terms of a UK GE, the only path to indy would be a significant indy majority amongst Scottish MPs and a Westminster government prepared to listen. Reform/Lab/Con won't accept a new referendum ever, or for decades. So we'd need a Lib or Green gov. FPTP means we have to stop Rfm
