I mean at least they are labelled. Google are absolute masters at unlabelled arbitrary icons

Speaking as a senior manager, that sounds totally fair

I thought a hiccough was when you coughed and hiccupped at the same time

I am 42 and I still absolutely love Christmas every year. Nothing needs to change, except your perspective.

I don't know, one of my smartest colleagues is going hard on llms to optimise the development process. There's definitely still an early adopter feel to folks who are pushing ai hard, but it feels like it could well be something very big.

Glad to see the separation of church and state is going well, then

I remember once picking up a co-worker on the way into the office. He wasn't a morning person and always looked miserable in the mornings. One morning I lined up the star wars theme tune to begin our journey. It was the first time I had seen him smile before 10am!

I'm very confused. I googled "mechanical detailing" and it seems to be either maintaining stuff or making schematics of stuff. I do not know how this relates to cleaning.

Most house spiders aren't native, they're largely from the tropics, and arrive here on fruit. They can't survive in the UK climate, it's too cold for them.

As an engineering manager, I can guarantee it is the second. My concern is that ai is going to dissuade people from training as engineers, so the problem will get worse.

I didn't waste a chocolate one. I'm not mental.

I tried alcohol free beer again recently, and it's got way better. You can legitimately forget it isn't alcohol. Similar vibe, without the drunkenness

How about my friends pet?

I mean this is literally what the company "Shell" started out doing

I am reviewing these initial interviews and it is the most depressing fucking thing. I refuse to use the ai summary which tells me if a candidate is good or not. I can at least watch their interview, they're owed that.

I remember being in my twenties and a colleague choosing to purchase a Porsche instead of a deposit on a house, specifically so he could drive it around while being young and handsome. He had a great time, but was very much out of the ordinary!

Astounding that he doesn't have a girlfriend.
