So, if multiple agents tackle a person to the ground, beat him, and then shoot him repeatedly, they cannot later say it was ok cause they later found he was armed - which is neither a crime nor one that carries the penalty of immediate execution.

There's no Nobel prize for killing civilians.

Today's decision greenlights the worst conduct of the Los Angeles raids; masked officers rolling up at workplace sand grabbing everyone Latino and demanding their papers, people being seized at random bus stops, and a full "papers, please" society being put into place.
