"know how to season" ok actually i just put ground coriander + cumin + mace + black pepper + msg + salt (not in this cause corned beef is salty already) on every other savory dish. i promise i know how to use other spices, i've just found my most ideal versatile blend

my food isn't pretty and in this case i don't love the texture (i got tired after dicing 1 potato and shredded the rest kinda small and somehow they integrated with the corned beef into a near-uniform paste. i dont even know man usually i use rice instead) but at least i know how to season it well

Chiyoko from the Akira manga! she's a side character who doesn't have that big a role until the later parts of the story but she's my favorite grizzled old apocalypse mom
