It is hard to believe that no boundaries were set on the use of the NWC. What a complete lack of imagination of the people seating around the table at that time. Oh right the electorate would right the Ship. Kept hearing that from the American Talking Heads in 2016......

I predict that corruption will become part of everyday life in the USA as the rule of law is over and the social safety nets will be gone. Once gone it will be next to impossible to bring back. The USA will then join the 80% or so countries in the World that are corrupt from head to toe.

This is a problem for most governments, when a government gets to appoint the AG, some appointees have the moral & ethical fortitude to do what is right, some don't

Well I suppose she actually did the math, it is very likely that the real price of oil will continue to fall. This has huge implications for the Alberta Government's budget unless production is increased substantially

At this point only Proportional Representation would be the only thing to temper the use of the NWC, getting 50% of the legislature to agree to use the NWC may be a challenge

So are market forces going to be the driving force or are the taxpayers going to be left holding the bag. Technological development is moving fast, next generation solar, wind, battery storage, EVs, lower cost by using less expensive inputs.

There is definitely someone working behind the scene, Kenney, Ford &/or Heir Harper or someone on the extreme right. The rural ridings will still vote for PP, so is there a magic number that would trigger a leadership contest?
