But "to be Kavanaughed" is particularly rich phrasing: it casts him as a victim, sure, which is what he and Lindsay Graham did in real time; but it also skitters past the fact that after being accused of violent assault, Kavanaugh not only lost nothing, he got a big fat promotion.

Go-to defensive frame for powerful person accused of abuse is that they are the one in fact being abused; the language of witch hunts & mob justice built around this conceit....
