Ok I’m on chapter five of Onyx Storm and I’m restarting. I’m sicker than I thought I was and I’m having the hardest time following the plot. Definitely not the reading experience I was going for, but viruses don’t care if you’ve had this date marked off for almost a year.

Got my ebook of onyx storm, of course the target special edition was totally sold out by 4:30am when I woke up and checked. Idk why I thought it might last longer than ten minutes. Looks like it sold out instantly. Looking forward to my regular hardcover arriving Thursday!

I’m starting to think I didn’t take this storm seriously, even though I was preparing mentally for a snow day as early as last Wednesday due to the temp. But also there’s not really any place for me to go, I’m sick and just wanna read Onyx Storm tomorrow.

This is giving too cold to go to school vibes. And this mom doesn’t have enough crafts to entertain three kids 🤪 since we already had 3 snow days.

I deleted my TikTok because the writing is on the wall. I’m going to get pushed right wing content just like what happened on twitter. Which isn’t even usable anymore. You know what I use twitter for? Checking if there’s a snowstorm and any driving bans. That’s it. My county exec and local NWS acct.
